Standard Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
- Refunds or replacements are offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To process a refund or replacement, proof of damage (e.g., photographs of the damaged item and packaging) must be provided.
Non-Eligible Refunds
- Any damage caused to prints or artwork through improper handling after delivery is not covered under this policy.
- Refunds or replacements are not available for commissioned work, as these are customised and made to order.
Return Process
- Items eligible for return must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Return postage costs will be covered for items deemed faulty or damaged on arrival. For all other returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions
- Digital downloads, gift cards, or sale items are non-refundable.
