Deposit and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required upon commissioning. This secures your booking and allows work to begin.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork and must be paid prior to delivery or collection.

Refunds and Replacements

• As each commission is a bespoke piece created specifically for the client, no refunds or replacements are available for commissioned work.

Reference Images

• High-quality reference images are essential to ensure the best results. Please provide clear, detailed images as a basis for the artwork.
• All images supplied must be royalty-free or owned by the client. Michelle Wilson Art will not accept copyrighted images without express written permission from the copyright owner.
