Refund Policy

At Michelle Wilson Art, customer satisfaction is a priority. We aim to provide high-quality artwork and excellent service. However, please review our refund policy carefully:

Standard Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To process a refund or replacement, proof of damage (e.g., photographs of the damaged item and packaging) must be provided.

Non-Eligible Refunds

  • Any damage caused to prints or artwork through improper handling after delivery is not covered under this policy.
  • Refunds or replacements are not available for commissioned work, as these are customised and made to order.

Return Process

  • Items eligible for return must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return postage costs will be covered for items deemed faulty or damaged on arrival. For all other returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or sale items are non-refundable.
